In most cases, yes. If you would like to amend your email address, delivery address, telephone number or other details please contact our customer service team at and we will do our best to help. Please note we are unable to amend invoice addresses post-order.
All items are hand made to order by our talented team here in our Hampshire factory. Orders are shipped in accordance to the shipping option you have selected. Although we always aim to dispatch and deliver as quickly as possible, if we are particularly busy orders may not be shipped until the last possible dispatch day. For example, if you select a shipping option ‘Dispatch within 7 business days’ we may take the full 7 business days to dispatch the order depending on our workload at the time. All orders are dispatched on a shipping service that scheduled for delivery within 1-3 business days.
We work with different courier depending which services are most reliable at any given time. Your dispatch confirmation email will specify which courier your parcel has been shipped with.
Within a few minutes of placing your order, you should automatically receive a confirmation email from us that details your recent order. If you do not receive this, please be sure to check your Spam/Junk mail folders in case it has been delivered there in error. Yes, all items come inside branded presentation boxes. We don't however box items individually in an effort to keep cardboard consumption to a minimum. Please note that some exclusions may apply, specifically for reduced stock, clearance stock, and Outlet stock. It is unlikely that products inside Mystery Boxes and Mystery Bundles will be individually boxed. If returning items, this presentation packaging must also be returned in re-usable condition.

Most orders are sent with tracked shipping* and may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, couriers may acquire a signature from a neighbour, concierge, or other person at your address, such as a colleague or receptionist. By placing your order, you accept these terms & conditions. Any disputes or complaints must be raised with us within 14 days from the date of dispatch. *some smaller UK orders might be sent via Royal Mail without tracking.
Absolutely. British manufacturing is at the core of our business, and all ties, bow ties, braces, cummerbunds and pocket squares are made on-site in the southern county of Hampshire. Making items to order in this way allows us to be a sustainable manufacturer and avoid vast textile waste from unsold product which has a negative environmental impact.
Some items are considered as custom or bespoke and therefore cannot be returned to our standard inventory. These products are clearly marked as such within their product description, and further information on items that cannot be returned can be found within our Returns Policy page.
We try our best to reply to you within 24-48 hours, however, we have a small team here all with varied roles. Depending on priorities at the time there may not be anyone monitoring our customer service inbox all day.
